BoatTechJobs.com is run by me, Clint Sarion, from Columbus, New Jersey. I built the board in July 2026 because marine service openings deserve better than being buried on general job sites. The shops hiring good techs are scattered across hundreds of dealer and boatyard websites that job seekers never think to visit.

Every listing here was found on, and links to, the employer's own careers page. Nothing is copied from other job boards. Applicants go straight to your application page with no accounts here, no resume harvesting, and no recruiter fees. Each listing is checked against the employer's page every night, and listings that stop appearing there come down.

A little about me: I am a brain tumor survivor and I have competed four times on American Ninja Warrior. I still train three times a week and I still compete. That same persistence built the system that checks this board every night.
